Violence Against WomenI never know this campaign untill today i saw a banner in my college, the angelical girls are helping and working as the White Ribbon Ambassador. 25th of Nov - The International for the elimination of violence against women. Foundation mission of the this campaign is to change the attitudes and behaviours that support or excuse violence women in the world.
As well as the objectives are :
1. To create wide-scale awareness about the positive role that men can play in bringing an end to violence against women;
2. To enable leadership, particularly by men and boys, to bring about social change;
3. To build collective knowledge and understanding of the effective prevention of violence against women.
White Ribbon Day was created by a handful of Canadian men in 1991 on the second anniversary of one man's massacre of fourteen women in Montreal. They began the White Ribbon Campaign to urge men to speak out against violence against women.

p/s: i was so regret that i din't pay the 4 bucks for the charity. Although the fruit pie really taste yucksss but i din't show up my hand for volunter doing charity but one of my friend did. I must learnt from her~ it's really makes me feel bad u know............... +.+
